Micro Gainz White 1.25LB Dumbbell Fractional Weight Plates

I’m a personal trainer who was looking for a way to help clients (and myself) make more incremental bumps in their resistance training, then the typical 5 pound jumps seen with average dumbbells. So far, these plates have made all the difference. They come on and off easily, yet hold nicely in place through a variety of movement patterns. They come in several vibrant colors - I went with white, which really pops against all the black flooring used in many gyms, making these easy to keep track of. The all-metal design and slim profile of these plates have made them work on all the various brands of dumbbells I have access to, and provide enough space on the handle to still comfortably hold the weight, even when using grips/lifting straps. All in all, these have worked as intended and I’ve been recommending them to colleagues and clients alike who would like to expand their weight collection without having to search for (can be tricky), acquire (at no small cost) and store (takes up space) specialty weights.

I have a small garage gym set up, about 200 square feet. We have a ton of equipment in there, but there’s not much room for anything else. The DB plates really gave us the versatility to get some DB weights that we simply could fit and frankly didn’t want to buy. Super happy with them.
