Micro Gainz Blue 2.5LB Dumbbell Fractional Weight Plates

If you are reading this you are probably like me , you work out in a home gym and use dumbbells . When we train for strength or size gains we KNOW you have to keep adding weights to the bar . Now that's easy for the barbell lifts to add some incremental plates even to add as little as one pound to the lift . Well it is also very important to apply that same incremental increase to your dumbbell exercises as well . If you are currently performing DB incline curls with 25 pounds but find the jump to 30 pounds drops your reps down too much ,then instead throw on two 1 1/4 Micro Gains plates to each dumbbell and now you are doing 27 1/2 lb DB curls . Since I received them I have used them on every dumbbell exercise I do . I bought 2 sets of of 1 1/4 lbs and 2 sets of 2 12 lbs and I am glad I purchased them . Very easy to use .

The weights are a nice addition to my home gym. They are easy to clip on but depending on your handle, tend to tilt if curved (like mine). Also, the diameter of the clips is bigger than my dumbbells so I have to make sure they are clipped on in the same direction and take extra time setting them down so they don’t tilt.
