I bought the 2.5 plates and they are great. the issue I face at my gym in our performance area only goes up to 100lb dumbbells. Now I have the ability to go up to 105lbs. Something I didn’t think about until after I bought the product, is now if someone is using a weight that I’ve been programmed I can grab 5lbs lower, clip on the micro gainz, and stay within my coach’s intended fatigue and/or RPE range.
