Micro Gainz Yellow 1.25LB Dumbbell Fractional Weight Plates

These have changed my weight lifting game! When an increase of 5 pounds is just too much, these “little” but mighty weights have been a game changer for me and my goals!

Cool product I wish I had thought of this sooner

These are well made and the case is nice. However, they don't open wide enough to fit on the Tib Bar which is the size of the outside of a standard barbell. They are apparently made only to fit on the inside of the barbell - which they do nicely when I tested at the gym. They just didn't meet my purpose. I will have to use standard fractional weights.

I am very new to lifting and felt I couldn't make the jump from 5lbs. to 10 lbs. or 10lbs. to 15lbs. I bought the 1.25s and 2.50s. The 2.50s are on backorder, but have been happily using the 1.25s on the 5s and 10s. And love the fact that my daughter (after leaving hers at her gym), recommended that I get the bright colored fractionals so they don't blend in with everything else!

Awesome, convenient product that has solved a problem for me! My gym has Dumbbells in 5lb increments, and the 1.25lb pair of Microgainz plates has allowed me to put in the work that has been “missing” because 5lb jumps were too big on dumbbells for me. This has allowed me to progress more properly using 2.5lb increments instead of 5lb increments! Thank you for inventing these
