I've been using my Nuobells (232's) for over a year now and have noticed that the increments for smaller muscle groups are pretty steep (2kg). Having had these Micro Gainz for about six months now, I would never want to be without them. Superbly made, and I've never felt the slightest shift of the plates, even when the dumbbell is upside down - Dumbbell pullovers, etc. I cannot recommend these highly enough. In my opinion, if you've invested this much in dumbbells, the cost and versatility of having these extra plates is excellent value.
