Amazing

I love these plates. Instead of going out and buying new dumbbells, I use these plates, and at a fraction of the cost

Quality Construction but know your sizes

Sadly, I returned mine. I kept my four 1.25# and love them. The 2.5# did not work for me (Large hand) with CAP cast iron dumbbells (small handle = 5.08" all the way from 5# to 120#). The 1.25# work great to fill the 5# gaps in my set which is inclusive thru 50#. But I could not expand my set in 10# increments, in the way that I had hoped = using the 1.25# & 2.5# together because that combination just squished my hand. I have one pair of CAP coated hex head but I felt uncomfortable with the weights on the ridge by the dumbbell head i.e. I was afraid that they might pop down and pinch my skin; when I put the weight on the low points near the dumbbell heads, again - too tight. However, if your circumstances (hand size and/or dumbbell handle size) are favorable, I feel that this is a well built product.

It’s nice be not as great I thought it would be.

These are awesome

These are great for increasing weight slowly on the dumbbells. Being able to increase the weight in smaller increments is really helpful when doing exercises for smaller muscle groups and more vulnerable joints.

Gainz 2-1/2 weights

A real easy way to gradually increase weights.
